How we got here.
Aisly started the way a lot of good studios do - by doing the work before naming it. The founders had been building apps for monday.com and Atlassian clients for years, long before Aisly existed as a company. Apps that lived on the marketplace, private installs for enterprise teams, integrations between platforms. The kind of work where you learn a platform by being responsible for something running on it.
The quality engineering practice grew alongside it. Testing marketplace apps is its own discipline - the platforms update under you, your app gets installed on accounts you've never seen, and the edge cases are genuinely edge. We got good at it because we had to be.
In 2024 we formalised what we'd been doing as Aisly - an indie studio, deliberately small, built around the belief that narrow focus makes better software than broad ambition. We're not trying to do everything. We're trying to be the best team you can hire for the two things we do.
